Understanding Supplier Quality Requirements
The Supplier Quality Requirements Manual (SQRM) serves as the essential guide for suppliers to understand the quality standards and expectations set by GML Industries Midwest. Integrated as a part of the GML Industries purchase order, the SQRM outlines specific standard quality requirements that all suppliers must adhere to. Additionally, any supplementary requirements will be clearly specified on individual purchase orders issued by GML Industries.
Terms & Conditions; Order of Precedence. Purchase Orders issued by GMLW Acquisition, LLC dba GML Industries (“Buyer”) are governed by Buyer’s GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASE ORDERS (“Terms”). If no separate written agreement or negotiated written terms exist between Buyer and Seller applicable, Buyer’s Terms shall control.

Conflict Minerals Policy
GML Industries Midwest is dedicated to complying with Section 1502 of the U.S. Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. To meet customer expectations and uphold the objectives of the Act, GML Industries Midwest and its suppliers are committed to offering only conflict-free products through responsible sourcing practices. All approved suppliers, both public and private, are required to:
- Conduct thorough due diligence regarding the presence of conflict minerals in their supply chains.
- Provide accurate reporting and certifications concerning the presence of conflict minerals in the products supplied to GML Industries Midwest.
Suppliers that do not implement procedures to ensure the provision of conflict-free products may risk ineligibility for GML Industries Midwest’s approved supplier status.
